Dusty crimson and greys create a stormy ‘sky’ at dusk or dawn. The ‘land’ is parched and desert-like. The eye is guided to a point between two mountainous shapes where at any moment, the figure of someone might at last appear. Or likewise, it is a destination, a place we know we need to get to in order to fulfil our promise.
